The Ammersee Loft is a consciously quiet place.
The following conditions govern the booking and the formal framework of the stay.
The house rules form an integral part of the rental agreement.
1. Use
The holiday home is intended for a maximum of two adult guests.
Use by additional persons or visitors is not permitted.
2. Booking Requirements
Bookings are available to guests aged 25 and over.
By completing the booking, guests accept the house rules and these booking conditions.
3. Booking & Payment
A binding rental agreement is concluded upon booking confirmation.
The full rental price must be paid prior to arrival in accordance with the booking confirmation.
4. Arrival & Departure
Arrival:4:00 pm – 9:00 pm
Departure:by 10:00 am
Deviations are only possible by prior arrangement.
5. Security Deposit
The landlord reserves the right to require a security deposit.
The deposit will be refunded after proper handover of the property.
6. Cancellation
The Ammersee Loft is planned on a long-term basis.
- Up to 60 days before arrival: free cancellation
- 30–59 days before arrival: 50% refund
- Less than 30 days before arrival: no refund
We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
7. Stay & Liability
The stay is at the guest’s own responsibility.
No liability is assumed for personal belongings.
8. House Rules
The house rules are binding.
In the event of serious or repeated violations, the stay may be terminated without refund.
